Minor rebuild on master bath toilet. Flange repair on master bath toilet. Reset toilet with new bolts, wax seal, and grout. Tested toilet for proper operation.
3 fixtures are not getting my cold water. Kitchen faucet, lav faucet, and shower valve (one bath) Need to return to give options me prices for troubleshooting the water system or a repipe. House- removed supply line from kitchen faucet there is no water pressure coming out of pipe. The main water line has a clog in it, we need to determine if it is in best interest to repipe or attempt to flush the dirt out of line.
Cleared kitchen drain line snaked line 25ft to clear clog, once completed installed customer supplied kitchen faucet, once completed checked for leaks and tested everything before leaving, everything is working as it should.

Customer has garbage disposal and throwing egg shells down it Tech to snake kitchen line 35+Ft (Heavy Machine) Removed existing p trap, and cleanout cap, found no blockage under sink. Ran large snake 35+ feet. Assembled p-trap. Ran hot soapy water, found blockage to be cleared. Upon final inspection, found crack in leaking p-trap. Replaced with bagged p-trap. Tested and found no leaks. Warranty for 90 days per Danny.
Replace tankless with 40 gallon regular water heater, shut water off to trailer and began prepping tank for installation, made water line tie ins and electrical tie ins for new tank. Waited 30 minutes for glue to dry and then restored water pressure and checked for leaks, everything is working as it should.

Arrived on site with customer explaining a toilet scent tablet got flushed down the toilet and now is backing up again after toilet was plunged/snaked Trip fee
Ran new water lines to kitchen sink cabinet and installed new dual stop shut offs with hammer arrestors, ran 1/4†ice maker line to refrigerator. Tested for leaks no leaks present at this time.
Replace heating element, shut water and power off to heater drained down tank and removed bad element, once completed installed new element restored water pressure and bled out air. Restored power and waited for heater to run and produce hot water. Everything is working as it should
Returned with materials needed. Replaced two dual shut off valve for water supply for kitchen sink . Removed and installed customer supplied kitchen faucet. Tested operations with no further issues at this time
